Primasure Ice Cream

What you need

• 150mlsunflower oil
• 100ghazelnuts
• 150gsugar
• 100gwhite chocolate, cut into small pieces
• 100gmilk chocolate, cut into small pieces
• 200mlreconstituted Primasure 3+®

*Only use the scoop provided in the Primasure 3+® tin.

How to make

1. Blend the sugar, hazelnuts and Primasure 3+® mixture in a blender until very smooth.
2. Microwave the chocolate pieces for 2 minutes and stir until well mixed.
3. Combine the melted chocolate with the blended sugar, hazelnut and Primasure 3+® mixture.
4. Add the oil and stir until well combined.
5. Store at room temperature in a glass jar.
